Digital printing can combine the four base colours of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black. This means it is able to match any colour required, and it can use up to seven toners to create better colour coverage. Many digital printers also integrate colour automation through an inline spectrophotometer. For example, machines such as the HP Indigo 25K Digital Press use liquid electrophotographic technology to apply inks.

Our fully recyclable degassing valves are BPA-free and help to reduce food waste by keeping your coffee fresh and delicious for longer. A degassing valve is one of the most effective ways to preserve the freshness and flavour of your coffees while allowing them to travel longer distances.Β
These valves usually consist of five pieces: a cap, an elastic disc, a viscous layer, a polyethylene plate, and a paper filter. They can be either visible from the outside or hidden within the packaging layers. Degassing valves allow CO2 to escape without letting any oxygen in, thus preventing oxidation and prolonging shelf life.
Resealable coffee packaging
